Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MyQuests (the "App"), made by Winn.solutions ("we", "us", "our"). By creating a MyQuests account, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
1. Who can use MyQuests
MyQuests accounts are created and held by a parent or legal guardian ("you"), who must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. Children use the App only as profiles inside your family account — they never create their own account, email, or password.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your parent PIN confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, delete and recreate your account, or contact us via the Support page.
3. Subscriptions & billing
- Free trial. New accounts get a 7-day free trial with full access — no credit card required to start.
- Plans. After the trial, continued access requires a subscription purchased through
Apple's In-App Purchase system:
- Single — $4.99/month, one child profile.
- Family — $9.99/month, up to five child profiles.
- Billing. All payment is processed by Apple through the App Store. We never receive or store your card details.
- Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically each month at the price shown in the App Store unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Managing or canceling. Manage, cancel, or view your subscription any time in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad. Canceling stops future billing; it does not delete your account or data (see the Privacy Policy for how to delete your data).
- Refunds. Refund requests are handled by Apple under the App Store's refund policies, not by us directly.
- Price changes. If we change subscription pricing, we'll do so in accordance with Apple's App Store guidelines, which require advance notice before any change applies to you.
4. Acceptable use
When using MyQuests, you agree not to:
- use the App for any unlawful purpose;
- attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the App or its servers;
- share a device-pairing code with anyone outside your own family, or attempt to use another family's pairing code, account, or data;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account other than your own.
5. Parental responsibility
You're responsible for supervising your children's use of the App, for the accuracy of the first names/nicknames and character choices you set up for them, and for the chores, rewards, and gold values you configure.
6. Intellectual property
The App, including its design, characters, art, and software, is owned by Winn.solutions and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms don't grant you any right to use our branding or content outside of normal use of the App.
7. Disclaimer of warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Winn.solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
9. Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from inside the App (Settings → Privacy → Delete account). We may suspend or terminate access to the App for violation of these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above.
